1. Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offers are ONLY available between November 06 and December 04, 2023.
2. The Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offers are available only for WPX customers registered before 06.11.2023. After 20.11.2023 offers become available for everyone registered before 20.11.2023.
3. The free months on the 1/2/3-year plans (respectively 4, 6, or 9 months) are the LAST 4, 6, or 9 months of the 1,2, or 3-year terms based plans on WPX’s regular monthly prices for the respective plan.
4. Any purchased plan (1,2 or 3-year terms-based plan) with the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday 2023 offers will be added on top of the plan that the customer already has with WPX. For example, if the next due date of an existing WPX hosting plan is in March 2024 and the customer purchases the 2-year plan with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offer, the next due date will be in March 2026.
5. Each Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offer can be applied only once to each individual hosting service. If the customer has more than one hosting service with WPX, they can choose which offer to apply for each of the hosting services in their WPX account.
6. Hosting plan downgrades are not available for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offers.
7. Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 orders must be completed/paid for, by 11.12.2023 11:59 PM GMT +3. Unpaid invoices for the Black Friday 2023 offers will be terminated on 12.12.2023. Terminated invoices cannot be reinstated after that point in time.
8. Upgrades on promotional plans purchased with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offer will be calculated based on the recurring amount. If the promotional plan purchased with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offer is set on a yearly billing cycle, the upgrade will include (current recurring amount)/365 X (days till the end of the promotional period). If the billing cycle is monthly, the upgrade will include (current recurring amount)/30 X (days till the end of the promotional period).
9. Black Friday Special upgrades terms and conditions:
9.1. Black Friday Special upgrades are available only going up “one level”, the available options depend on the current plan owned by the customer, respectively:
9.2. The Black Friday Special upgrade is calculated based on the regular monthly price of the plan the customer is currently on a Business (24.99$), Professional (49.99$), Elite (99$), Powerstore (34.99$), Superstore (74.99$), Hyperstore (149.99$);
9.3. Price calculation is based on the customer’s current billing cycle:
For example:
The customer paid for an annual Business plan on 22.05.2023.
Their next due date will be 22.05.2024.
On 14.11.2023 the customer decided to upgrade their service to a Professional plan.
They have to pay for the time between 22.05.2024 (their next due date) and 14.11.2024 (a whole year after the current purchase), so everything adds up to a year.
Example calculations:
There are 177 days from 22.05.2024 to 14.11.2024 (incl).
The daily fee of our Business plan is 0.82$. (Calculated based on (regular monthly price X 12 months)/365 days)
177 x 0.82$ = 145.14$ to pay for a year of Professional plan.
9.4. Restrictions and Limitations
10. A 30-day refund period is available on ALL WPX plans, regardless of length. (All fees and purchases under 5$ USD without VAT are not eligible for a refund.)
11. Annual plans CANNOT be purchased in multiples to create a 2-year plan, 3-year plan, or longer.
12. When the promotional plan purchased with the Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2023 offer expires, the plan will return to the previous billing cycle. For example, If the plan was set to monthly payment before taking the offer, it will return to a monthly billing cycle when the promotional plan expires.
13. If the customer lives in the EU/UK and creates a company account with a valid EU/UK VAT number on WPX, the VAT number should be entered during the WPX signup process to have the VAT charge excluded from the total bill. Since validation of the VAT number depends on different local institutions in case of any issues during the purchase, the customer should contact the WPX Support Team before payment.
14. Personal accounts in the EU/UK are ALSO subject to VAT, which will be an ADDITIONAL charge on top of the above prices, of which WPX has no control.
15. A “reasonable use” limit of bandwidth usage will be applied at the discretion of WPX Hosting. In most cases, the application of a CDN (Content Delivery Network) which the WPX Support Team can help configure at no cost, should resolve high bandwidth usage. The customer can contact the WPX team for further clarification if needed.
16. Free site migrations to WPX from other hosting companies are NORMALLY completed within 24 hours. HOWEVER, due to the much higher number of migration cases WPX Migration/Support team handles during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, that timeframe MAY extend up to 72 hours. The exception to WPX's usual free site migration policy is with a domain change during site transfer e.g. from jonsblog.com (at another host) to jonsamazingblog.com (at WPX), which would cost $98 as there is a considerable amount of database editing and checking required, unlike a normal site migration where the domain is unchanged.
17. The WPX's current Staging Area takes the slot for one website in the WPX hosting account. If the hosting plan is for 5 sites and the customer needs a Staging Area, then they can host 4 normal sites + the Staging Area = 5 sites.
18. It should be noted that no hosting company in the known universe supports the debugging of third-party WordPress plugins and/or themes that may affect the performance or uptime of websites.
19. Customers install third-party plugins and/or themes at their own risk and it is not physically possible for the WPX Support Team to debug any problematic themes and/or plugins – that is entirely the responsibility of the plugin/theme developer who created that software in the first place.
20. Once payment for any of WPX's Black Friday/ Cyber Monday offers is processed, the customer automatically agrees with all additional terms and conditions listed above for this Black Friday/ Cyber Monday 2023 promotion.
